{FINISHED!} Dominic William Kayne |Aww hell yeah| « Thread Started on Jul 14, 2007, 11:11am »
We call you: Ary or Kasha, I'll even respond to "Hey you!" Other Characters: Elizabeth Moore Activity (1-10): 4 (Would be a 7 if I didn't have a time limit on the computer!) Graphic Abilities: On a rating of 1 to 10, my graphic ability is around a 6.4 (I'm better with banners then icons!) --------------------------------------------- The Character:
Canon?: Nope!
Full Name: Dominic William Kayne Nicknames: Dom, Dommy, Dommycakes(LONG story) Portrayed By (PB): Ryan Ross Age: 18 Birthday: February 27, 1989 Wealth Status: Enough to get by and pay the rent... just enough.
Appearance: Angelic...angelic...angelic. No one ever calls Dominic anything less then heavensent. Deep brown locks frame his fair-skinned, handsome face... it really all depends on how it's styled that day. His brown eyes, soulful yet piercing, is the only feature he hears the most comments on. Not his hair or anything else...just his eyes. That's because they are either very plain and normal or accented with the most artful, craziest eyeliner he can think of. Red to black gradient with birds...done. Red with black tree branches...done. You name it and Dominic has either done it or will do it in the closest future. The 5'7" wonder can really stand out in the crowd...even when his clothes look normal.
Speaking of his clothing! His overall style can change rapidly. It can either consist of ruffled shirts and a pair of flashy pants, or just a regular t-shirt and jeans. His favorite article of clothing he has is his rosevest that he got from his boyfriend back in Chicago. Whether it be the rosevest or one of his many ruffled shirts, he loves pushing the envelope with his clothing and his eyeliner. Some might call him 'scene', some might call him 'emo'. Hell, some may even call him crazy! He wears his mood on his sleeve...sometimes literally if he's wearing long sleeves. He's just being himself, take it or leave it.
Personality: Mr. Kayne is very "out there" when it comes to his personality. He acts very giddy in public, incredibly excited about life and can sometimes act like a three year old kid when he's with his friends. He can turn his excitement down when he has to and can act incredibly serious and down to earth, which isn't really that often. He loves to party with his band or his friends and he is an incredibly nice, fun person to be around. Though he DOES have the slightest annoying streak.
What he loves to do more then party is read the latest manga. Yes, this crazy little party boy likes reading Japanese comic books. He dosen't mind being that "complex" sort of person, though. He likes to think of himself as that little cliffhanger at the end of the first book that you need to read the rest of the series to tie up that one ending, sort of like Harry Potter or the Vampire Kisses series. Will you be able to get through the rest of the series that is Dominic Kayne?
Dislikes: ~disrespect ~the anti-homosexuals that go about it in the preppy "Oh-em-gee, ewwwww!" fasion ~boys that act like man-whores ~drunken louts ~People who bog him down and don't allow him to be himself
History: Dominic William Kayne was born on February 27 of 1989 in a local Chicago hospital to Mr. and Mrs. Vincent Kayne at a healthy 6 lbs. 7 oz. Vincent was an incredibly prestigious lawyer, Janet Kayne was a stay-at-home mother who tended to not only the needs of cleaning the house, but also took care of the baby. They were part of an incredibly nice neighborhood and lived lavishly on the heaps and loads of cash coming in from Vincent's checks. That is, until Dominic's little sister, Jessie, was born when he had barilly turned two years old.
When Dominic turned 8 years old, Janet had gotten a job bussing tables, so nither of their parents were home for more then five minutes at a time. This forced him to not only act as the big brother, but also as a parent. He began to develop severe insomnia and borderline kleptomania, barilly getting any sleep and stealing things, like food and clothing, to get them by without parents. One of his friends at school noticed these problems and told the school counselor, which resulted in Dominic going to the looney hut for treatment. Could you imagine going to the institution area of a hospital...at 8 years old? I don't think so. After three years of calling the hospital 'home', he finally got released and was able to go back to his family.
At the age of 15, he had his first relationship...a boy from his school. The same one, in fact, that had saved him from severe mental illness. His parents had finally retired from their jobs, and they weren't exactly thrilled that their son had become homosexual. On one faithful night, Jessie had overheard their parents discussing about disowning Dominic. She blew her cover and began sobbing, begging her parents to keep her big brother and best friend. After rousing him from his sleep and a long family meeting, it was decided that he would stay. Well, until he turned 18, anyways. When he did, he packed his belongings, said goodbye to his family and his boyfriend, and left Chicago for good, moving to New York. This isn't where the story ends, oh no, it's just beginning.
